  • Coastline EAP 401-732-9444 or 1-800-445-1195
Coastline EAP is ready to assist you with a plan to stop tobacco use. We can provide a customized search for resources available to you. Your health insurance plan offers certain preventative service benefits at no cost to you. This means you may not have a co-pay for certain services even if you haven’t met your deductible. The benefits that fall under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) include medication and products for quitting smoking or chewing tobacco. In order to have these covered by your insurance plan, your doctor must write a prescription for these preventative services even if they are listed as an over-the-counter medication. For more free resource information, visit www.coastlineeap.com or call 401-732-9444/800-445-1195.
